You'll land on an Incentify-hosted sign-in page — your normal email and password, then approve the connection.

You're always asked before anything changes — submitting, claiming or approving something always shows a preview first, checked by Incentify's own servers.
Legal
The Incentify connector lets an Incentify employee link their Incentify account to an external AI host — such as Claude or ChatGPT — so Incentify's workplace tools can be used directly from that host instead of only inside the Incentify app.
No new access is granted
The connector reuses the same permission system the Incentify app already enforces for your account and role.
Connecting uses a standard OAuth 2.1 flow: you sign in with your existing Incentify email and password, then approve or deny the AI host's request to connect. Access tokens last one hour and are scoped to your account only; a 30-day refresh token keeps the connection working without re-entering your password each time.
Some tools change data for you — submitting a leave request, claiming a shift, approving a team member's request. Every one of these requires your explicit confirmation first: a preview shows exactly what will happen, checked by Incentify's own servers, not just requested of the AI host.
Every tool call is recorded for security and usage analysis: the tool's name, whether it succeeded, and when it happened, tied to your account. We do not log what you asked or what data was returned — only that a call happened and its outcome.
This log data is deleted automatically after 90 days.
Data you access through this connector is shared with the AI host you personally chose to connect to, subject to that host's own data-handling terms. Incentify does not sell or share your data with any other third party through this connector.
Today, revoking the connector means disconnecting it from the AI host's own settings. A dedicated “Connected apps” screen inside Incentify is planned but not yet built.
